All Sales Are Final

🚫 No Refunds Will Be Provided Under Any Circumstances

Before the event: No refunds regardless of cancellation timing
Day of the event: No refunds for any reason
No-show: No refunds if you fail to attend
Personal emergencies: No refunds for personal circumstances
Change of mind: No refunds if you decide not to attend
Travel issues: No refunds for transportation or accommodation problems

Why We Have a No Refund Policy

Understanding Our Policy:

Event Planning & Logistics:

We make significant financial commitments for venue, supplies, staff, and logistics weeks in advance based on ticket sales.

Perishable Supplies:

Fresh tomatoes and other event materials are ordered based on confirmed attendance and cannot be returned.

Staffing & Security:

Security personnel, event staff, and emergency services are contracted based on expected attendance numbers.

Limited Capacity:

Once your ticket is sold, that spot is reserved and cannot be resold, preventing others from attending.

Event Cancellation by Organizers

The ONLY Exception to Our No Refund Policy:

If we cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide:

Full refund of ticket price (no processing fees)
Refund processed within 7-10 business days
Option to transfer tickets to rescheduled date (if applicable)
Immediate email notifications to all ticket holders

Weather & Force Majeure

🌧️ Adverse Weather Conditions

The event may continue in light rain. In case of severe weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, or dangerous conditions), the event may be postponed or cancelled. Full refunds will be provided if the event cannot be rescheduled.

🚨 Force Majeure Events

In case of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic measures, etc.), we will work to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, full refunds will be provided.
